Job Summary Scotia Instrumentation is seeking an Account Manager to help maintain Scotia as the prime source of instrumentation technology. The successful Candidate will be based in the Aberdeen area, supporting business across North East Scotland. Responsibilities & Duties You will work as part of the external sales team with assigned customers to support, and new business to seek. Responsibilities will include maintaining & supporting customer relationships, visiting customers for the purpose of developing that relationship, ensuring service delivery is aligned with customer requirements and values, and identifying potential business growth opportunities. A willingness to understand customers’ business and instrumentation requirements is critical. Skills & Experience The successful candidate is expected to have the following key attributes:
Technical background; instrumentation or pressure test equipment specific advantageous.
Sales or customer focused experience; in a technical environment advantageous.
Ability to build relationships quickly.
Sound judgement & commercially aware.
Self-driven organisational & planning skills.
Full driving licence essential.
Profile The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to form relationships across all job functions.
