FLUKE ii900 & ii910 SONIC INDUSTRIAL IMAGERS
The new ii900 Sonic Industrial Imager from Fluke enables maintenance personnel to locate air, gas and even vacuum leaks in compressed systems. It can do this even within noisy environments and across a range of up to 50 meters which means that lines can be checked even if out of personnel reach. Compressed air system leaks are not so readily identifiable as water or oil leaks but fixing them will reduce energy costs, reduce plant maintenance costs, likelihood of failure and lower the carbon footprint. The ii900 is simple and intuitive to use and a complete plant can be inspected in a matter of hours - without shutting down. A 7” screen displays a sound map on a visual image which can be downloaded, saved or imported into reports.
The Fluke ii910 offers the same and more. With increased sensitivity it can detect leaks that are smaller, and further away. In addition, it can detect Discharge associated with insulators, transformers, switch gears and high voltage power lines, and detect mechanical issues in conveyor systems before they lead to failure.
